Post-construction cleaning in Miami

The final cleaning of a house, condo or apartment after a remodel, a renovation or new windows, once the contractors are done.

After the contractors leave

A remodel leaves a fine dust that settles on every surface, inside cabinets and in window tracks, and it keeps coming back if it is only wiped once. A post-construction cleaning goes from top to bottom: high surfaces and fixtures first, then cabinets, windows and bathrooms, and floors last. The list below shows what is included.

Remodels, renovations and new windows

It is for a kitchen or bathroom remodel, a whole-home renovation, new flooring, or new impact windows and doors. In the form, tell us what was done and in which rooms, so the quote matches the work.

In a condo or apartment building, also tell us the building's rules for service visitors, whether the service elevator needs a reservation and where to park. With your quote, we'll confirm that we can work within them.

Ready to move back in

If you want a regular cleaning after you move back in, see house cleaning. For a home that only needs a detailed cleaning, without construction dust, see deep cleaning.

Frequently asked questions

How much does post-construction cleaning cost in Miami?

It depends on the size of the home and the work that was done, so we quote each project. Tell us the bedrooms, bathrooms and what was remodeled, and we send you the price before anything is booked.

When should I book it?

When the contractors have finished the work that makes dust, like sanding, cutting or drilling, and before you move furniture back in. If touch-ups are still pending, book after them.

Do you clean during the construction?

No. We do the final cleaning once the work is done. Cleaning during the work is usually part of the contractor's job.

Do you haul away debris?

No. Ask your contractor to take out debris, leftover materials and large trash before the cleaning.
